Our Gluten Free Journey

My wife and I eliminated Gluten from our diet 4 years ago after being diagnosed with Gluten Intolerance.  The change was immediate for my wife but took about 6 months for me.  I had a condition called leaky gut syndrome.  In time I noticed a big difference with a Gluten free diet and we have both been Gluten free since.  We decided to carry a few Gluten free items soon after opening our store in June of 2006 mostly as a convenience for ourselves so we could get a nice variety of locally made Gluten free products.  In a short amount of time we had a significant number of smoothie customers interested in our Gluten free products.

We are so fortunate to have many local food producers making delicious Gluten free foods and our offerings have grown exponentially. We are adding new items all the time.  Being Gluten free has been a learning experience and we are gaining so much knowledge especially from our customers.  We look forward to continuing to serve the local community with great Gluten free foods in the future.

Following is a list of some of our delicious gluten free offerings and a list of our Gluten free vendors and links to some of their sites so you can see all of their offerings.  We can order any items from their grocery lists by special requests any time.  Deliveries are made several times a week to insure freshness so we can get what you need, usually within a few days.
