Cooking ideas for your Gluten Free Products

Pizza Crusts:  The best way we have found to cook your pizza crusts are as follows:

1.Keep crusts frozen until use

2. Rub crusts liberally with olive oil (or other favorite oil)

3. Season crust (ex. garlic, oregano)

4. Top your pizza with your favorite items

5. Bake at low temperature...300-325 for 20-25 minutes.  Low and slow will give you a more evenly cooked crust.

6. Enjoy your pizza!!!

Pocket Sandwiches from Clarity Foods:

Reheating Clarity foods pocket sandwiches: Rub the outside of the pocket sandwich with your favorite oil or brush with melter butter before baking.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes from refrigerator.  It is best to defrost the pocket sandwiches before heating.  If you are putting it in the oven direct from the freezer start at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes and then increase to 350.

Pupusas:

The traditional way to cook pupusas is to pan fry them.  If you want to be a little healthier, brush with oil or butter and bake in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.  Similar to heating pocket sandwiches.  We love serving our pupusas with rice or quinoa and a topping of chili.  YUM!

Bagels:

It is really hard to find a good gluten free bagel.  We think Out of the breadbox has the best.  A few helpful hints.  Their bagels take a little extra time to toast.  Usually twice as long as normal bread.  Also, they do not use much salt in their bagels and I find a little kosher salt helps make the bagels taste even better.  Enjoy.
